Hello, I got a problem of premium upgrade. Yesterday, I've paid 19.95 EUR for the 1 month premium account, but during the payment I've got into loading screen loop. But, my bank account clearly shows me that the 19.95 EUR was paid, and I couldn't get my premium account. So, could you help me please?

With a premium account, there is a limit of 30GB in 3 days, but how do you measure those 3 days? For example, if I use 20GB on the first day, 5GB on the second day, 2GB on the third day, and 20GB on the fourth day, will I be hit by that limit?

I have been trying to reset my login information three times and you keep saying you are sending a password reset link to my email but NOTHING ever arrives. I check the inbox, spam and bulk files and I have even disabled my vpn. My order ID is 9752692. Premiumkey says the problem originates with you. Please email me the link so that I can reset my login information so that I can finally use your service which I have paid for.
I have been trying for an entire day and this is very frustrating.
